Our History

In the 1970's boom town of Houston, Texas the Glenroyal Warehouse Park complex was built to serve one 20,000 square foot tenant and to serve the growing need for office warehouse space for smaller businesses.

The result is a three building, 110,000 square foot complex, designed to fit businesses in suites ranging in size from 1,400 square feet to 20,000 square feet. Most suites are designed with minimal office and one restroom for maximum flexibility, but of course, over the years buildout has been customized for specific uses.

Each suite is served by at least one large overhead door and 14-25 foot ceiling heights. Each suite is separately metered for electricity and has shared natural gas and water service. In the years since the property was erected, we have been home to diverse types of businesses, mostly local and regional. From Automotive to Zen room decorations, manufacturing, service, research and development, and of course, storage; corporations to single proprietors, for profit and not for profit.

Front ViewThe ~4.9 acre site occupies the southwest corner of Glenmont and Royalton, between Chimney Rock and South Rice, and Westpark and Gulfton. We have easy access to Loop 610, Highway 59, the Westpark Toll Road. We are conveniently located close to the Galleria, Bellaire, Afton Oaks, West University, Meyerland and Tanglewood areas, just to name a few. We are proud to claim an original tenant still going strong at their original location, since 1971! And we enjoy many tenants for 15+ years. We believe relationships are the basis for all successful tenant/landlord experiences.
